Yesterday the US Supreme Court overturned the OSHA mandate that all employers with 100+ employees should insist that staff receive the ‘vaccine’.

This has been barely covered in the mainstream media, and even many independent observers have missed the significance of it, which is this:
Precedence
Any future mandates will be challenged, quoting the OSHA verdict as precedence
All existing mandates will be challenged anew, using the same arguments as proved effective against OSHA
No Federal judge will challenge a Supreme Court ruling. (E.G. There are many conservative judges who would rule against abortion, but ‘Roe vs Wade’ is the SCOTUS precedent, so they don’t go near it
ONLY the Supreme Court can overrule a Supreme Court precedent, and they won’t go back on this one
In practical terms, every person who has lost their job because of this travesty should ‘lawyer up’. Those in a Union should press for the Union to do so. Those whose Union leaders are funded by the cabal should join a private class action lawsuit, of which there will be many.
No employer with half a working brain is going to follow Biden’s pathetic plea to go it alone…for the simple reason that they will be unable to hide behind the ‘mandate’ cop-out…i.e. they will be on the line for biological and financial damages, of which there are already MANY.
Finally, here are two HUGE reasons why we should take heart from this:
If the cabal was still in control, don’t you think they’d have made sure this went through?
This ruling will create ripples across the pond and ‘downunder’
As I have said throughout this process…the Patriots have not been sitting on their arses for the past two years…it only seems that way because many people still imagine that unless they read about something in the ‘Daily Shite’, or see it on the ‘Evening Flatulence’…nothing ‘good’ is happening. They’re wrong.
The ‘OSHA ruling’ is a landmark.
